At Just In Time Massage, we’re happy to provide direct billing to most Extended Health Benefit Providers. To set up this service, we’ll securely keep a valid credit card or Visa Debit on file to cover any portion not paid by your insurance plan. This information is collected safely during your first visit.
Once we receive confirmation of payment from your insurance provider, your card will only be charged for any remaining balance. Don’t worry — we’ll always contact you beforehand to confirm the amount.
Please note: Some benefit plans require a physician’s referral for massage therapy coverage. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm their requirements. If a referral is needed, be sure to submit it to your benefit company before your appointment to allow time for processing.
